These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at solkoff.com (the “Site”), operated by Solkoff Legal, P.A. (“Solkoff Legal,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use the Site in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it, or interfere with another party’s use of it.

2. No Legal Advice; No Attorney-Client Relationship

The content on the Site is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute legal advice. Because each situation is different, and because laws and rules change and vary by jurisdiction, you should not rely on any content on the Site as legal advice. Using the Site, submitting a form, or sending us a message does not create an attorney-client relationship. An attorney-client relationship is formed only through a signed written engagement agreement with Solkoff Legal.

3. Intellectual Property

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, and articles, are owned by or licensed to Solkoff Legal and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may link to pages on the Site. You may not copy, post, distribute, or reproduce content from the Site without prior written consent from Solkoff Legal or the author.

4. Text Messaging (SMS) Terms

These Text Messaging Terms apply to the SMS program operated by Solkoff Legal.

Program description. When you opt in, Solkoff Legal may send you text messages such as:

  • appointment and consultation scheduling confirmations;
  • appointment and consultation reminders;
  • event date reminders;
  • registration confirmations;
  • requests for your feedback or a review after an appointment; and
  • replies to questions or requests you send us.

How to opt in. You can opt in by submitting your mobile number through a form or chat widget on our Site that includes consent to receive text messages, or by texting us after providing your number. By opting in, you confirm that you are the account holder or have authorization to use the number provided.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

Opt out. You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation message and then stop sending messages. If you want to rejoin, you can opt in again as described above.

Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those websites.

6. Disclaimers

The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Solkoff Legal will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
